Delivery Policy
All reservations at Moon Rock Inflatables include free delivery, setup, and take down within a 20 mile radius of our stocking location in Midlothian, VA. Areas in excess of the 20 mile radius will incur a delivery charge. Certain zip codes outside or within our normal delivery area may already be configured with a delivery fee. Reservations for an area outside our normal delivery area, that doesn't already include a delivery fee, will be manually added to your invoice. An updated reservation receipt will be sent to you via e-mail. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our delivery fees or if you require a quote.
Areas that require us to travel via Pochontas 895 (Henrico) will incur a $21.20 toll fee, in addition to any normal delivery fees..
We service most of the Richmond area, including Chesterfield, Chester, Midlothian, Bon Air, Mosley, Henrico, Powhatan & Glen Allen. We currently do not service the following zip codes::23219, 23220, 23223, 23224, 23225, 23234, 23237, 23803, 23804, 23805, 23806
Due to logistics, and to better serve our local customers, we no longer service Hopewell, Fort Lee or Petersburg.
